SSO ID Forgot Password – Reset Your SSO Password
If you have forgotten your Rajasthan SSO Portal password, you can easily reset it online using the official password recovery process. The SSO portal provides a secure way to reset your password using your registered mobile number, email address, or SSO ID. The password reset process is quick, free, and can be completed from your home in just a few minutes.
Reset via SSO ID + Mobile Number
- Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgot
- Select “Forgot Password” option
- Enter your SSO ID (if you remember it)
- Enter your registered mobile number
- Complete CAPTCHA verification
- Click “Submit”
- OTP sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter OTP → Set new password → Confirm
Reset via Registered Mobile Number Only
- Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgot
- Choose “Forgot Password” option
- Select “Mobile Number” as identifier
- Enter your 10-digit registered mobile number
- Complete CAPTCHA and submit
- OTP sent to your mobile number
- Verify OTP → Create new password
- Password reset successful
Reset via Registered Email ID
- Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgot
- Select “Forgot Password” option
- Choose “Email ID” as identifier
- Enter your registered email address
- Complete CAPTCHA and submit
- Password reset link sent to your email
- Click the link → Create new password
Step-by-Step SSO Password Reset Process (Detailed)
📝 Step 1: Visit Official Password Reset Page
Open your web browser and go to the official Rajasthan SSO password reset page: sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgot. This is the only official page for password reset.
📝 Step 2: Select “Forgot Password” Option
On the recovery page, you will see two options: “Forgot SSO ID” and “Forgot Password”. Click on “Forgot Password” to begin the password reset process.
📝 Step 3: Choose Verification Method
Select one of the following methods to verify your identity:
- SSO ID + Registered Mobile Number (Recommended if you remember SSO ID)
- Registered Mobile Number Only (If you forgot SSO ID)
- Registered Email ID (If email was provided during registration)
📝 Step 4: Enter Required Information
Enter the required details based on your chosen method (SSO ID, mobile number, or email address). Also, complete the CAPTCHA verification to prove you are human.
📝 Step 5: Receive and Enter OTP / Reset Link
Based on your selected method:
- OTP Method: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the verification screen.
- Email Method: A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link to proceed.
The OTP is typically valid for 60 seconds. Click “Resend OTP” if needed.
📝 Step 6: Create New Password
After successful verification, you will be prompted to create a new password. Follow these password guidelines:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (@, #, $, %, !, etc.)
📝 Step 7: Confirm New Password
Re-enter the new password in the confirmation field to ensure no typing errors. Click “Submit” or “Reset Password” to complete the process.
📝 Step 8: Login with New Password
After successful password reset, go to the login page (sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin) and log in using your SSO ID and the new password. You will also need to enter the OTP sent to your mobile for two-factor authentication.
