SSO ID Recovery – Recover Forgotten SSO ID

If you have forgotten your Rajasthan SSO ID, don’t worry. The SSO portal provides a simple and secure way to recover your SSO ID online. You can retrieve your SSO ID using your registered mobile number, email address, Aadhaar number, or Jan Aadhaar number. The recovery process is quick, free, and can be done from your home using any device with internet access.

Important: Your SSO ID is the unique username you received during registration. It is different from your password. If you have forgotten both SSO ID and password, first recover your SSO ID using this guide, then reset your password.

Recover via Registered Mobile Number

Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgotsd
Select “Forgot SSO ID” option
Enter your registered mobile number (10 digits)
Complete the CAPTCHA verification
Click “Submit”
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number
Enter the OTP to verify
Your SSO ID will be displayed on screen

Time: 2-3 minutes | OTP valid for 60 seconds

Recover via Registered Email ID

Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgotsd
Choose “Forgot SSO ID” option
Enter your registered email address
Complete CAPTCHA and submit
An OTP will be sent to your email
Enter the OTP to verify
Your SSO ID will be revealed

Note: Check your spam/junk folder if OTP email is not in inbox.

Recover via Aadhaar Number

Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgotsd
Select “Forgot SSO ID” option
Choose “Aadhaar Number” as identity proof
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number
Complete CAPTCHA and submit
OTP sent to Aadhaar-linked mobile number
Enter OTP → SSO ID displayed

Recover via Jan Aadhaar / Bhamashah

Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgotsd
Select “Forgot SSO ID” option
Choose “Jan Aadhaar” or “Bhamashah”

Go to the login page (sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin) and use your recovered SSO ID along with your password. If you have also forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the same recovery page.

Mobile Number Required: Ensure your mobile number is active and was registered during SSO account creation.

Save SSO ID: After recovery, save your SSO ID in a secure place like a password manager or notebook.

OTP Validity: OTP expires in 60 seconds. Request a new OTP if needed.

Too Many Attempts: After 5 failed attempts, account may be temporarily locked. Wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Security: Never share your OTP with anyone. Official SSO portal never asks for OTP via phone call.
